Beth Pollock is from Cape Town and trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland in 1992. She was a chef on a private yacht in the Mediterranean and Caribbean for a year. She ran Finns, the delicatessen and catering company on Chelsea Green, London SW3, for 10 years until 2000. She now runs Food Glorious Food from Stockwell, London SW9.

Beth is supported by a team of professional butlers and waitresses who have worked with her for over 10 years.
